What if I received a bill for someone else?

  • If you are the guarantor (financially responsible party) for a patient, you may receive bills for that patient as well.
  • If you do not recognize the name of a patient on a bill, please contact us at (866) 747-2418, Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm PST, to verify details.
